Unfortunately that is not possible with the CUPS-PDF printer. Got error message: "You do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the selected printer." Searching the community, others had this problem with hard wired printers and seemed to fix it by inserting the original driver disk (presumably windows drivers). Set network connection settings for virtual machine to Bridged (if it is set otherwise you don't see any printers)Ħ.

If you can print a PDF then you will need your IT personnel to log into your machine as administrator to remove your network print driver and install the printers window driver. Download Bonjour for Windows on Windows VM.ĥ. Revit doesn't come with a PDF driver so you will either have to use the Adobe PDF driver or one that is known to work well with Revit is the CutePDF driver.
